  • Are you a laboratory?

    No. 

    We are a mobile phlebotomy company. We collect specimens, process them so that they are stable for testing, and then we deliver them to the lab of your choice. Specimen collection may include venipuncture, sputum, breath, urine, and saliva collection. Providing and collecting kits for stool, and semen and picking them up.

  • How will I know if you received my doctor's order?

    We will confirm that all orders are received and have been clarified when we reach out to confirm your appointment. 

  • Do you have any equipment?

    We offer a variety of different tools and equipment based on the needs of you and your location. We will bring in as much or as little as needed to safely and comfortably perform the services needed. Please don't hesitate to address any concerns in the booking notes or when we confirm your appointment time and location.

  • What methods of payment can you accept?

    We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Venmo and Cash app. This includes HSA and Flex spending cards.

  • I had a testing kit mailed to me, do I still need a doctors order?

    No.

    Just let us know which kit you have in the note section and any additional details of the kit to us in your portal.

  • Do you have any cancelation fees?

    Yes. If you cancel within 48 hours, there is a $50 cancellation fee. You may reschedule for free up to 12 hours prior to the appointment time. 

  • Do you bill insurance?

    No. We do not bill insurance. We are a cash only 3rd party service. Our fee covers travel to you, the draw/specimen collection, any proccessing needed for specimen stability, and drop off to the lab or post office of your choice. Our fee does NOT include testing the specimens. (unless you purchased testing from one of our affiliates) You need to ensure that the lab you have chosen receives your insurance and payment information.

  • What if I need same day/STAT service?

    There is an additional fee for same day service. Generally, the fee for same day service is $50.

    There will be an option to select same day service when you book, selecting it sends us an urgent message. 

    We will contact you as fast as we can to see if and when we can arrange service.

  • Do you take HSA and FLEX spending?

    Yes, we do.

  • Do you have a set location?

    No! We come to you! 

  • Does your price include the testing?

    No.

    We are a 3rd party company. Our fees include collection and delivery of specimens to the lab of your choice. You are responsible for making sure that they have your insurance information and for any fees or copays they may require.
