    Provide us with your basic demographic information and help streamline the next visit.

    You have the option to fill out this information before every visit.

    Schedule our visit

    We come to you!

    Tell us when and where to visit you. (Please provide all the helpful information we need to access the location!)

    We like to be on time. The best way for that to happen is for us to know how to get to you.

    Send us the order from your doctor or let us know which kit you have.

    Upload a clear picture of your order or have your doctor fax it to us. We can take it from there!

    We will clarify complex or incomplete orders with your doctor and the lab of your choice. 

    In other words, we will begin preparing for our visit so that we are able to serve you quickly and efficiently.

    If you have a testing kit that was ordered online or given to you, take a picture of it and upload the image.

    We will confirm with you.

    Once everything is received, we'll reach out! 

    Now is our chance to discuss any questions we might have, and to answer any questions you might have. 

    We'll confirm the services you want or need, make sure we know how to get to you, and then we'll send you a link to pay. Once you've paid, you're officially booked.

    It's the day of your visit!

    We get to see you today! 

    We will send you a reminder text with all of the details of our visit the morning of your visit and an additional text when we are headed to you! 

    We will get to you, set up, collect the specimen(s) we need and get out of there!

    You will receive a receipt and a confirmation of specimen drop off via text or email. (if applicable)
