Create an account (or don't)
Give us some basic info so that we don't have to get it from you everytime. Or don't. You can fill out this info everytime, if you'd like.

Send us your order or let us know which service sent you a kit.
Upload a picture of your order or have your doctor fax it to us. Then we'll get to work. We'll clarify any complex or incomplete orders with your doctor and the lab of your choice, and begin preparing for our visit so that we are able to serve you quickly and efficiently.

Tell us the time and place
Our scheduling system will help you find the perfect time for our visit. We come to you so nows the time to tell us when and where. And be specific! We like to be on time and the best way for that to happen is for us to know how to get to you.

We will confirm with you.
Once everything is recieved, we'll confirm everything with you, clarify any questions we might have, and answer any questions you might have. You'll pay the deposit and that's it. you'll get a reminder message the day before your appointment.

It's the day of your visit!
We get to see you today! We will send you a reminder that we're meeting with all of the details of our visit that morning. Then, we'll let you know when we're headed that way! When we get there, we'll get all set up and collect the specimen(s) we need and then we'll be gone! You'll get a reciept and a confirmation of specimen drop off. (if applicable)
